Before going Keto, I always thought that the only way you can burn fat is by tons of exercise.

After a month, Keto changed my perspective entirely.

I couldn’t believe how long I can do my work without feeling hungry. 

I worked in a distribution warehouse carrying 10-20 kg boxes daily.

Can you do hard labor without feeling hungry after 4 hours? I think not.

I used to get hungry 3 hours after a big breakfast. My regular breakfast was a massive bowl of oats or loads of rice and 2 eggs. I alternate between the two.
