How to lose weight fast without exercise?
Look, I get it.
You’re lazy.
Just like me.
I mean, who doesn’t want to lose weight doing nothing?
So, how do you do it?
This is how to lose weight without exercise
Do you know the simple equation to lose weight?
Calories in < Calories burned/out = Weight Loss
So, to lose weight, the calories (food, drinks) you put in your body should be less than the calories you burn or use.
You can lose 1 pound of fat when you have a calorie deficit of 3,500.
Ideally, you should do it gradually because you can’t starve to death.
Starving is not ideal for losing weight. However, a 3500 calorie deficit in a day is like eating air.
Instead, have a calorie deficit of 500 a day, so you don’t bite everyone’s head off when you’re hangry.
But you can’t have a deficit if you don’t know your total calorie maintenance.
A calorie maintenance value is calories you need to keep your current weight.
And to find your calorie maintenance easily, install a free app called My Fitness Pal.
Once you have the app, input your current weight, your goal weight, and it will tell you your maintenance calorie and how much deficit you need to get to your goal weight.
You can use the app to gauge your calorie maintenance and use it only to count calories you’re putting in throughout the day.
Once you know your total calorie maintenance, you’ll also find how many calories to take in to lose weight.
To keep things as simple as possible, all you have to do to lose weight without exercise is eat less.
And to lose weight fast without exercise is to increase your calorie deficit.
For example, instead of having a calorie deficit of 500, why not 700 or 1000.
I don’t recommend the 800 calories a day diet because it sucks.
That type of diet is hard to follow in the long run.
Why don’t people lose weight?
The formula is simple, yet so many are having trouble losing weight.
Why is that?
Knowing where the treasure is buried doesn’t mean you’ll succeed in finding it.
There could be hurdles along the way, such as murderous pirates after the same loot as you.
In weight loss, some saboteurs can prevent you from losing weight.
One of them is food—the wrong kind.
Junk food
My poison is sugar.
I know that it’s terrible for me, but I still put it in my body.
How f’d up is that?
Now I know why smokers still smoke even after seeing the warning signs on the packet.
And all the numerous research is proving how smoking kills.
How did I overcome the dreaded midnight snack?
I had some help in the form of supplements.
Many supplements can make losing weight a little bit easier.
However, not all of them will work for you.
Everyone is different, after all.
That’s why you should try as many as you can.
Luckily, most weight loss supplements offer a generous money-back guarantee.
If they don’t? Then don’t buy from them.
Your partner
Or should I say, my partner…
Look, I don’t have the most robust mind.
If I see a decadent dessert in front of me, it’ll be gone in seconds.
My partner sabotages my weight loss efforts by the amount of junk food that she buys.
And she buys my faves.
If I don’t see it, I won’t eat it.
In my case, if I know we have a box of Lindt chocolate or a tray of cheesecake in the house, I won’t be shoving it in my mouth every chance I get.
Tell your partner to help you lose weight by opting for healthier food.
If she doesn’t try to help, well, what can I say? Leave.
Conclusion
To lose weight fast without exercise is a simple equation. But, first, don’t eat more than you take out.
Monitor your calories by downloading the free app called My Fitness Pal.
And if you’re anything like me who loves sweet things. Tell your partner to stop buying you your favorite snacks.
I know it’s hard. So that’s why I took some supplements for a little bit of help.

Dads, I’ve got a tale to tell. Picture this: a body that refuses to bulk up, paired with a metabolism slower than a snail’s race to the finish line. It’s a curse! But I took this challenge head-on and became a scholar in all things weight loss and nutrition. And now, I’m here to share my tales of triumph (and some struggles) so you too can finally achieve that bod of your dreams! flex (just kidding, still workin’ on it).
