All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
FREE shipping in the US
We use USPS to ship our products. Expect to receive your item in 2 to 5 days, with a maximum of 7 days. There could be delays due to the current pandemic.
We don’t offer free shipping to our non-US resident customers.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For US orders, If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery. If you are not happy for any reason, please let us know, and we’ll give you your money back, no questions asked. Please read more about our returns policy.
If you ordered more than 1 bottle, we asked that you return the other bottles in their original, unopened, unused condition. You, the buyer, will have to bear the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse.
