Are supplements good for you? (Shocking must see evidence)

According to the FDA, supplements are beneficial:

Dietary Supplements can be beneficial to your health — but taking supplements can also involve health risks. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not have the authority to review dietary supplement products for safety and effectiveness before they are marketed.

However, there is a but. And that is FDA does not have the power to examine supplements for safety and efficacy.

Are supplements good for you? Yes!

are supplements good for you?

Supplements are good for you. And worth looking into.

I would never have started a supplement brand if I didn’t think supplements work. Who would?

You’d lose business due to dissatisfied customers who are given a promise but not delivered.

You may get sales early on, but it won’t be a long-standing business because it was built on shaky grounds.

Seriously, other business opportunities don’t involve supplements. Furthermore, the supplement market is so saturated. So, why do I even bother?

It’s because supplements have helped me lose weight and ease my joint pains. My immune system is much more robust due to daily immune supplements.

I also lack other vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin D, which is hard to come by when you hate the sun and are dark-skinned.

I know supplements work, they have helped me, and I want to help others by providing proven effective supplements.

Of course, there are also dangers of supplements.

Are supplements bad for you?

There are also dangers of supplements that you need to be aware of.

Those are supplements made in a fake labeled “GMP certified facility.”

Believe it or not, people manufacture supplements in their backyard and label them made in a GMP-certified facility.

It’s easy to slap on a “GMP certified” label.

Don’t believe me? Well, you might want to see what the FDA posted in their dangerous supplements list.

How can you know that a product is made in a facility that practices good manufacturing procedures?

Simple, ask the seller if they can prove that their supplements are made in a GMP certified facility.

If the distributor cannot provide proper documentation, it’s best not to deal with their company.

There are also sellers who are selling supplements that contain a significant amount of an ingredient.

You can usually see plenty of turmeric on the market that contains a massive amount of 1000 mg to 2000 mg of turmeric with piperine extract and calling it high-strength.

However, most of the studies on turmeric are done without piperine.

The main limitation of the current study is that most of the included studies were performed with unformulated curcumin, which has low bioavailability due to poor absorption, rapid metabolism, and rapid removal from the body.

Most think that the high amount means highly effective. You can never be more wrong when it comes to supplements.

There is a safety issue when taking supplements. Just because they are natural doesn’t mean they are safe.

A high amount can lead to liver failure or other complications. Overdosing in natural supplements is the same thing as overdosing on drugs.

In saying that, you’ll probably be safer taking an egregious amount of natural supplements compared to drugs.

Hopefully, knowing what you know now, I hope you consider before you buy “high strength supplements.”

Do you have to take vitamins and supplements?

You don’t have to.

You can get your needed vitamins through proper nutrition.

As long as you are getting your essential vitamins and minerals from food, you don’t need to take vitamins and supplements.

Others need supplements due to medical conditions.

People with Crohn’s disease may lack A, D, E, K, and B vitamins, iron, calcium, zinc, copper, and magnesium. The same goes for people who went through weight-loss surgeries.

People suffering from osteoarthritis can benefit from vitamin D and calcium.

There are also people like me who need a helping hand treating their joint pains, lowering high cholesterol, and reducing body fat without drugs’ side effects.

I tried normalizing my cholesterol level with diet and exercise to no avail.

The only thing that helped my cholesterol is Green Coffee with 50% GCA or a prescribed statin. Statin or a natural solution? Hmmm? I’d take a natural solution any day.

Green Coffee also helps my appetite forcing me to eat fewer calories in a day, which results in weight loss.

I’m not saying you will experience the same thing as I did. We are all different. Heck, even twins process food differently.

But, I am confident that you’ll benefit from our supplements, but, again, we are all different, that’s why we offer a 60-day no worries guarantee

If you don’t like the product for any reason, let us know, and we’ll give you your money back. And, you don’t have to return the product. Nope, you can keep it. No worries.

Are supplements good or bad?

Are supplements good or bad?

Supplements are good for you.

And I’m not saying that because I sell supplements.

I want to help people lose weight because I know how hard it is to lose fat. Especially when you get older, have bad genes, and already obese.

I may have never hit obesity, but I know how hard it is to lose weight the bigger you get. It’s just harder to start and keep going.

I also have other problems such as high cholesterol, joint pains, and the body that hates building muscles.

I am personally invested in having supplements that are proven effective.

Proven effective supplements can help you in many ways. Control your appetite, reduce joint pains, and even lower cholesterol levels.

Who doesn’t want a natural solution as an alternative to the side effects of drugs?

“I have the metabolism of a sloth and a body that hates putting on muscles. This curse motivated me to study weight loss and nutrition. I want to share my experiences and knowledge to help you achieve your ideal body.”
