Wow, week 9. Seems only yesterday that I started this weight loss journey. Let’s do a recap.

Weight loss journey week 8 recap

Well, I lost 1 kilogram and that’s good enough for me. And, my starting weight for week 8 was 66.5 kilograms.

Day 60

As I mentioned, I lost a kilogram, woooot!

I went to my favorite spot to do my cardio and got a good work out. 

I trained my legs, shadowboxed, and did a good amount of skipping ropes.

It was a good day, not too hot, not too cold, not windy. Just perfect.

Day 61

Today is uneventful. I cooked a new dish and you can check out on the Youtube channel.

I trained my chest today. I didn’t feel like doing cardio the whole day, but night time hits and I got a little bit of motivation to do some exercise. 

That’s why I got to do my chest today. So far, I’ve done my legs and chest. Tomorrow will probably be back day. We’ll see. You probably know me by now, if you’ve been watching the weight loss journey, I always change my mind.

Why the heck am I gaining weight? Well, I hope it’s the shirt I am wearing. The shirt must be 1 kilo lighter than the shirt I was wearing yesterday.

Oh, I had a haircut today. And, I was able to finally do a double under jump rope. Perhaps the haircut had something to do about it.

Weight: I forgot to weigh myself. Sorry?

Yeah, I forgot to weigh myself. This morning was rushed. I had to clean the house, pick up my mother, make lunch, cook breakfast, get ready, from 8 AM. I totally forgot about weighing myself. 

I did create a new recipe. But, it’s not perfect yet. The dish I made was a tad too oily, a little bland in taste, maybe I should add some salt. It was a little sweet. I should be able to put up the recipe tomorrow.

I was craving food after two hours of my breakfast, but I wasn’t hungry. It’s my brain being silly again.

My baby’s birthday today and she wanted to go to the fish market. An hour drive from here but that’s what she wants, she gets.

Had myself a nice grilled salmon with few potato chips. Had coffee.

worked out my biceps today and did the usual cardio. 

Everything was typical until the handle on my skipping rope went flying.

Guess who’s on the market for a brand new skipping rope.

If only I could find the other handle of my old skipping rope. Baby took it and hid somewhere. It’s in the house, but I will probably turn everything upside down to find it.

Day 65

Weight:

Day 65 of the weight loss journey. The weather is very gloom. Cloudy, cold, and raining. 

We didn’t do much today but fed the ducks at a lake, but the rain decided to drop hailstones the size of marbles. 

It’s like someone is telling us to not feed the ducks and go home. we heed the warning and did go home.

The baby didn’t want to sleep so I trained my shoulders while her mother looked after her.
